Why do you publish prices when others hide them?
A hidden price is a price that changes per customer. We sell trust before software: one published price means no colleague of yours paid less than you did. That is our promise, and it is printed right here.
Why per dentist instead of per clinic?
A one-dentist clinic and a ten-dentist centre do not use the same amount of the system, and it is not fair for them to pay the same. The price is 40K IQD per dentist / mo — multiply by your dentists, that is the whole formula. Three dentists pay 120,000 IQD a month, with every feature included for each of them.
Are any features locked behind a more expensive plan?
No. There are no plans to be locked out of. The patient portal, the patient app, analytics, your website with online booking, your logo and hero background — all included from your first dentist. The only optional paid extra is WhatsApp outbound messaging, and it is one switch.
What happens if I cancel?
Your account switches to read-only, and you export all your data as one complete archive — records, images, chats. 12-month data retention — come back anytime as if you never left.
How do I pay, and what does yearly billing get me?
Card (Visa/Mastercard/Qi Card Mastercard) for monthly or yearly, or bank transfer/direct payment for yearly. Yearly billing brings the price down to 33,333 IQD per dentist a month and migrates your data from paper or Excel for free. The invoice is official and clear.
Billing activates when you subscribe — payments are managed securely outside the app.
